So Be It Meaning:
When entering this blog, you probably wondered why it’s called So Be It. Well, 1st note that many times in life people have to – for the sake of their mental energy/spirit – accept circumstances even if things don’t make sense. Just like this title doesn’t “make sense” perhaps – You just gotta say so be it to yourself and deal with it …
But perhaps a better answer is that developing a So Be It mindset in life is valuable. To live fully, people should accept what they can’t control and the past – not dwell on positive accomplishments and not over-think negative ones. Of course if you have the power to change a situation, don’t just give in & say “So Be It” like a coward. But the idea to only put your all – 100% – into the present moment and what you have control over, and simply say “So Be It” to everything else … is really what it’s all about. Words don’t do much justice at all, but if I forget humility for a second … I have a powerful ability/ mindset/ whateveryouwanttocallit to do just that.
Also – Nothing is set in stone, in regards to what I’ll write about in this blog. I’ve heard many authors say they write their books first, and then settle on a title afterwards. I feel the same way; How are you gonna’ title something that you haven’t even written yet? You only fully know the meaning/purpose of something when the final chapter is written. And yes that’s a metaphor for many things. So I’m gonna’ let this blog write itself. What’s inside matters anyway – The title, the outside: I don’t really care about it, so … SO BE IT.
